ProSearch encourages its employees to support causes that our people care about. Since our founding ProSearch has been involved in the needs of our local community as well as global relief efforts. Our employees have a voice in choosing and planning for fundraising events as well as out-in-the-community hands on work. To encourage community participation, ProSearch created its Volunteer Time Off, where employees are eligible for up to twenty-four hours paid time off to volunteer for an organization of their choice.

Culture of Happiness
We believe that happiness breeds success. That is why we teamed up with Friday to engage with our team and anonymously survey job satisfaction and happiness. This year, as we enter our third year of measuring and improving happiness, we are seeing our highest scores yet.
