PROSEARCH STRATEGIES, INC. has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Notice: ProSearch does not collect or use client data for any purpose incompatible with those purposes authorized in its client agreements. Personal information is not stored except as directed by our clients who own the data, and does not transfer to third-parties except as authorized and directed by client. The personal data received by ProSearch may include individual names, email addresses, medical and banking data. This data is received and processed to assist our clients in the defense or prosecution of legal claims, and for governmental and internal investigations.

We also may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Choice: Where ProSearch receives personal information from affiliates, clients or other entities, it will use and disclose such information only in accordance with the notices provided by such entities and the choices made by the individuals to whom such personal information relates. ProSearch acknowledges its potential liability under the Privacy Shield framework in cases of onward transfers of data to third parties.

Access: EU and Swiss individuals have a right to access their personal data. ProSearch will provide access to the extent instructed by our clients, who are the best resources, as owners of the data, to provide access to EU individuals who require access.
