WILLOW GROVE, PA, October 2008- Suzanne Fairlie, President of ProSearch, a retained executive search firm specializing in information technology and finance leadership roles, spoke  on a panel at the annual IRC Recruitment Conference in New Delhi, India.  IRC Recruitment (www.irc-recruitment.com)  is a global professional alliance of retained search firms. The conference brainstormed on issues critical to global expansion and increased cooperation among its 40 member countries.
