WILLOW GROVE, PA, May 29, 2008- Suzanne Fairlie, president of ProSearch, a retained executive search firm specializing in finance and information technology placement, hosted a panel at the CIO Forum and Executive Summit in Charlotte, N.C. Presented by Information Technology Charlotte, a division of the Chamber of Commerce, May 28 and 29, 2008, the technology conference and expo is the largest gathering of Chief Information Officers (CIO) and Information Technology (IT) executives in the Western Carolinas.

Fairlie’s topic, “Effective Corporate Transformations” highlighted how corporations can change the dimensions of people, process and technology using a transformation/process excellence methodology. Corporations are facing many issues with cost reductions, competitive pressures and the increased emphasis on compliance and regulatory mandates have forced corporations to run as efficiently and as effective as possible.
