Suzanne Fairlie, President of ProSearch, a retained executive search firm specializing in information technology placement, will moderate a presentation on “Improving Diversity in the Executive Suite” at an IACPR (International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment) event in Philadelphia on April 22nd.
Panelists Andrea Agnew, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Comcast
Corporation, and Jacob Dove, Sr. Staffing Consultant, Lincoln Financial
Group, will each give presentations on practical, successful, and honest
solutions to this intriguing challenge.
Her firm, ProSearch, specializes in retained search of IT and finance
professionals for healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing,
and eBusiness companies. Since 1991 it has been consistently listed in the T op
25 "Largest Executive Recruiting Firms in the Philadelphia Area" by the
Philadelphia Business Journal.
Ms. Fairlie has authored career-oriented articles in a variety of publications and
speaks nationally on hiring and recruiting practices. She currently serves on
the Board of Directors of the Opera Company of Philadelphia, the CIO Advisory
Board of NPower, IACPR, and the Women’s Financial Services Network Advisory
Board for PNC Wealth Management. Suzanne serves on various committees of
the Society for Information Management (SIM), and the Union League of
Philadelphia, and is often called upon to speak at state and national
associations, on topics related to executive search, employee retention, and
interviewing techniques.
