Suzanne Fairlie, president of ProSearch, a retained executive search firm specializing in information technology placement, moderated a presentation on “On-Boarding” at an IACPR (International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment) event in Philadelphia on May 31st.
Panelists Ash Hanson, Director of Organization and Leadership Development of ARAMARK and Tammy Mattson, Managing Principal and Market Leader of Towers Perrin, each gave presentations and great insight on this critical and powerful topic.
Her firm, ProSearch, specializes in retained search of IT and finance professionals for healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, and eBusiness companies.
