ProSearch President, Suzanne Fairlie, a retained executive search firm specializing in information technology placement, moderated the keynote address “Breaking Down The Barriers - Managing An It Organization In A Cross Economic, Global & Cultural Environment” on May 3rd at the CIO Forum.
Panelists included Randy Gaboriault, Chief Information and Strategic Development Officer, Teleflex Incorporated, Nehal Trivedi, Senior Vice President & CIO, Title Resource Group, and Matthew Minetola, VP HP, Information Technology, CIO, HP Financial Services.
Ms. Fairlie also participated in a panel discussion on “CIO Career Development Program 2007” at the CIO Forum on May 2nd. The discussion was moderated by: Alan Guibord, The Advisory Council, and former CEO, Computerworld, and former CIO, R.R. Donnelley & Sons. Other panelists included: Mark Polansky, Korn/Ferry International, Phil Schneidermeyer, Heidrick & Struggles, and Mathew Aeillo, Russell Reynolds Associates. The panel, consisting of today’s search industry leaders, discussed skills are needed to be successful, reasons why CIOs loose their jobs, and the future state of the CIO.
