Suzanne Fairlie, president of ProSearch, a retained executive search firm specializing in information technology placement, moderated a presentation on “Diversity Recruiting in the Executive Suite” at an IACPR (International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment) Conference in Philadelphia on April 12th.
Panelists Penny Stoker, Vice President of Human Resources, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP and Jennifer Tracy, Director of Staffing and College Relations,
ARAMARK, led an in-depth discussion of how to create and maintain diversity at the senior executive level.
Her firm, ProSearch, specializes in retained search of IT and finance professionals for healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, transportation and eBusiness companies.
