ProSearch CEO Named to PA's Best 50 Women in Business
Suzanne F. Fairlie to Accept Award

Willow Grove, Pa., May 17, 2005 - ProSearch President and CEO, Suzanne F. Fairlie has been named to Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business 2005 by Governor Edward G. Rendell. The Awards ceremony will take place May 23, 2005 at the Whitaker Center for Science & the Arts in Harrisburg, Pa.

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the program which showcases the best women in business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Awardees are selected based on their advocacy for women, professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Suzanne Fairlie started her company with credit cards, cash from a retirement account and a shared office. Now, 17 years later, the company is a highly successful retained executive search firm, owns its own building, and services Fortune 500 and fast-growing entrepreneurial companies throughout the East Coast. It has been listed consistently since 1991 in the Philadelphia Business Journal's Top 25 Executive Search Firms.

A professional milestone was reached when Fairlie broke a million dollars in revenue after six years in business, placing her in an elite group of women-owned companies. Testifying before Congress on behalf of small business owners was another.

When asked her predictions of the future for women in business, Fairlie said, "As the labor market intensifies, with the number of jobs exceeding the number of skilled professionals, opportunities for women to grow into C-level positions will increase."

Fairlie serves as Vice President of The Pinnacle Society, an association of 75 of the top billing recruiters in the country.

Having appeared on CNN and on local radio and television news programs, she is invited to address professional organizations throughout the country.

As CEO, she was profiled in the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2001 and Technology Times in 2004. She is a past chair of the Mid-Atlantic Personnel Association's Committee on Ethics.

Fairlie and ProSearch received the Aetna Small Business of the Year Award for the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2004.

Fairlie is active in the community, serving on the boards of directors of Junior Achievement and The Opera Company of Philadelphia. She is a member of the Board of The Black Data Processing Association, a social service organization that provides young people with opportunities to succeed. She is a member of the CIO Advisory Council of NPower PA, a state-wide organization whose goal is to put technology in the hands of non-profits. She also is a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the CIO Forum, and various committees of the Society for Information Management (SIM). She is an active member of the Union League and The Forum of Executive Women.

In her role as a highly sought-after executive search consultant, she is especially interested in presenting talented, credentialed women and minorities as candidates for executive positions in business.

Fairlie is a 1967 graduate of Gettysburg College.
