September 2004 - ProSearch President Chosen as Panelist AIR Sourcing Summit to be Held in PrincetonSuzanne Fairlie, president of ProSearch, Inc.™ , will serve as a panelist for the AIR Sourcing Summits Conference to be held in Princeton, N.J., October 19, 2004. She will participate in the panel discussion, “Building a Talent Pool - Tactics and Strategies for Talent Pipelining.” Fairlie is an expert in retained search of information technology (IT) and related professionals. She has authored numerous career-oriented articles and speaks nationally on hiring and recruiting practices. Joining Fairlie are Lauren E. Courtemanche, CDM Staffing Manager, and Henry Janssen, Recruiting Program Manager for IBM Global Services. The panel is a part of a new 12-city international, professional conference series for 2004.
