June 2004 - ProSearch President to Host Panel at Executive Forum Suzanne Fairlie Invited by Charlotte Chamber of Commerce

Suzanne Fairlie, president of ProSearch, Inc, a retained executive search firm specializing in information technology placement, will host a panel at the CIO Forum & Executive Summit in Charlotte, N.C.

Presented by Information Technology Charlotte, a division of the Chamber of Commerce, June 2 and 3, 2004, the technology conference and expo is the largest gathering of Chief Information Officers (CIO) and Information Technology (IT) executives in the Western Carolinas. Critical topics include career management, cyber terrorism, wireless technologies, IT economic outlook and future directions of the industry.

Chosen to participate by the Chamber's Executive Advisory Council, Fairlie's topic, "Retaining and Attracting Top Talent" will highlight the need to understand an organization's business culture and how to attract talented people who will belong and be successful.

Other panelists are Mirsad Hadzikadic, Dean of Information Technology, University of North Carolina, Susan Kozik, CIO, TIAA CREF and Cecil Smith, CIO, Duke Energy.

It is consistently listed in the Top 25 "Largest Executive Recruiting Firms in the Philadelphia Area" by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Fairlie has authored career-oriented articles in a variety of publications and speaks nationally on hiring and recruiting practices. She is past chair of the Mid-Atlantic Personnel Association's Committee on Ethics and serves on the board of directors of The Pinnacle Society. In addition, Fairlie is on the Executive Advisory Board of the CIO Forum, the Black Data Processing Association (BDPA), and Junior Achievement of the Delaware Valley. She is a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM), the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment, and the Forum of Executive Women.

She is included in the Pennsylvania Honor Roll of Women as a distinguished professional and leader in the community.
