Job Description

Our client, an international company in the Philadelphia Suburbs, has retained us to identify a Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Systems,to manage the daily operation of staff at headquarters and local sites. Our successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all systems and software documentation and license compliance programs, developing project plans and SOP’s, managing strong team and interfacing with senior business users. This person will also be responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate global supply chain systems and working with a very accomplished sales team to develop demand forecasts to move the company’s products from wholesale through order management.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with as least 5 years experience implementing global supply chain management systems as well as an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft, Oracle, JD Edwards, LIMS, CSV, TRACKWISE, QDOCS, and other related areas. Our candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a high-demand international multi-user environment with users, staff, management and consultants. Implementation of RFID is already planned for the near future. Understanding label creation, plant maintenance, and other areas are also critical.
