Job Description

Our client, a large services company, has retained us to find a Director of Continuous Improvement to identify and lead new and continuous improvement projects. Our candidate will identify areas where operational efficiencies can be improved. Will develop performance metrics, create new processes, and work onsite with the user groups. Initiatives will have high visibility and high impact and include projects within IT and outside of IT.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with significant project management experience as well as 5 years of Lean or Six Sigma experience, running Lean projects and determining where to add value.
