Job Description

Established and solid growth software product vendor in the Philadelphia area has retained us to identify a VP of Sales and Marketing, who will manage all sales and marketing in their financial services product line. This small but very successful organization needs someone who can grow with the company, travel (as planned) to clients throughout the U.S., to develop relationships with highly qualified leads. This company needs someone who will help develop the product’s growth from the functional and marketing perspective, develop new marketing literature and campaigns, and be able to personally close deals. Our client offers an excellent benefit package, and a strong compensation program, for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging, high growth environment.

Requirements

Management of multiple initiatives, collaborative attitude, strong understanding of financial software products, are keys to success. Expertise in insurance, health care, or banking systems and processes, is critical. Deep understanding of the sales cycle, and how to handle RFP’s, and demo’s, is required.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (i.e., US citizen or green card.) Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires 4-year degree or equivalent.
