His breadth and depth of experience have proven effective in the ability to provide cost certainty, deadline compliance, and reviewer management for small employment matters to large joint defense matters. From e-document preservation to litigation tactics, Ken helps clients integrate electronic discovery solutions into their case strategies. He has also advised clients in respect to legal technology issues, including litigation risk and cost management, evidence collection and preservation, computer forensics, complex data analytics, and other information technology issues.

Dan leverages years of content management, computer forensics, cybersecurity, and electronic discovery experience to deliver comprehensive business solutions to ProSearch clients. He began his career helping international organizations and foreign governments automate business processes and implement content management technologies. With technical fluency encompassing the EDRM phases, Dan enjoys guiding clients through complex discovery, as well as speaking on content management, computer forensics, cybersecurity, eDiscovery, and advanced review strategies. He is a former Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) and former member of the International Society of Computer Forensic Examiners (ISFCE). Dan holds various litigation database certifications and is an active member of the International Systems Security Association (ISSA), and the High Tech Crime Investigative Association (HTCIA).
Glenn Posein studied criminal justice at California State University, Los Angeles, where he earned a scholarship to play baseball and proceeded to help the Golden Eagles win the CCAA championship. Passionate about business and technology, he moved from Los Angeles to Silicon Valley. With encouragement from his friends and family, he took a job selling technology solutions to the legal industry. In his free time, Glenn loves to cruise in his Corvette with his wife, Kellie. He also serves as an Elder overseeing the Global Missions team at his home church. Grateful for the opportunity to serve his clients, Glenn strives to deliver memorable service and outstanding quality on every project. He has 16 years’ experience managing national and international multi-terabyte engagements including data forensics, analytics, processing, hosting, and production.
