Community Organizations
ProSearch is committed to helping organizations that support our community. Three such organizations that we support are NPower pa, SIM, and the Opera Company of Philadelphia.
NPower (www.NPowerPA.org) is a network of locally based nonprofit organizations providing comprehensive, high-quality and affordable technology assistance to other nonprofit and community organizations. Founded in 1999, the NPower Network today includes twelve national affiliates, who provide a wide range of IT-related services to more than 4,000 nonprofit organizations annually.
SIM (www.simnet.org) is an association of senior IT executives, prominent academicians, selected consultants, and other IT thought leaders built on the foundation of local chapters, who come together to share and enhance their rich intellectual capital for the benefit of its members and their organizations.
The Opera Company of Philadelphia (www.operaphilly.com)
Committed to ensuring opera’s future through both artistic innovation and audience development, the Opera Company is devoted to creating educational programs geared to introducing the rich heritage of opera to the curriculum of public and private schools, as well as sponsoring programs that appeal to both longtime and new opera audiences. The Company’s award-winning Sounds of Learning™ program has brought opera to more than 120,000 area students. For over 30 years the Opera Company of Philadelphia has brought audiences outstanding production quality, artistry and educational opportunities.
