The first situation involved a candidate who was relocating from Washington, DC to the Philadelphia area for a New Media Development Director position. The candidate had specific religious and educational needs and was leery about coming to the area. We did some investigating and found out whom in the area to contact to learn more. After talking to the right people, the candidate knew the Philadelphia area offered him the religious and educational services he required.

In another relocation situation, we had a candidate relocating from South Africa for a Senior Java Architect position. To help ease the cultural transition, we put the candidate in touch with some one locally that recently emigrated from South Africa

In one challenging search assignment the client company was looking for a candidate with specific system background that could relocate abroad for one year and who spoke the local language. We were able to fill to the search within three weeks.

If at any time during the search, interview process, or at the time of offer, we uncover something in the candidate's background that is questionable, we will inform our client company. We have gone so far as to advise a client not to extend an offer if information discovered about the candidate so warrants.
