Kenneth’s vast experience as an eDiscovery professional, coupled with his experience as a former practicing attorney, form the basis of a background rich in both strategic and tactical planning and execution. Kenneth combines the historical with the futuristic while working with ProSearch’s product developers to define a better way for corporations seeking to improve their eDiscovery processes and outcomes. Mr. Spencer holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
