Julia oversees operations at ProSearch. Her responsibilities include building and managing client service teams, formalizing processes designed by the solutions engineering team, and implementing standards. Prior to starting ProSearch, Julia was COO of BMC Group, a legal and compliance support service provider. After joining BMC early in the start-up process, Julia built service delivery teams and processes to support organizational growth. Following 2003’s tremendous growth, BMC was recognized in the Inc. 500, Inc. magazine s list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. During nine years at Ernst & Young, Julia held numerous practice and client support positions, including national manager of an enterprise-wide shared service function.
Trevor leads solutions engineering at ProSearch. His solutions are developed through high-level client partnerships that result in a deep understanding of client requirements, specifically those of in-house counsel. Trevor’s demonstrative approach provides our clients with a clear understanding of how our people, processes, and technology combine to deliver measurable value to the discovery process. Prior to starting ProSearch, Trevor was CTO of BMC Group, a legal and compliance support service provider. At BMC, he designed and implemented the technology infrastructure to support a rapidly growing technology focused organization. Trevor also led client service teams to develop innovative technology solutions to collect, recover, and normalize data from enterprise and proprietary client platforms to support bankruptcy data processes.
Director of Client Services
Matt heads up client services at ProSearch. With an indelible passion for data and a deep understanding of technology, Matt drives process innovation and technology solutions across our services teams. As a member of the executive team, Matt is integral in guiding business design and forward-looking strategy at ProSearch. Previously Matt led our Advanced Review Services team, where he worked with the team to implement a design-thinking approach around our search and analytics technologies. The resulting solutions continue to deliver powerful discovery outcomes for our corporate legal clients. Prior to joining ProSearch, Matt was a member of the Qualcomm Discovery Management Organization, implementing project management best practices and business analytics. Matt received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota and his M.B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
Director of ESI Operations
Scott Bailey oversees ESI operations at ProSearch, a group that is responsible for data integrity, data remediation, and solving complex migration issues. Scott began his career more than 20 years ago as a consultant for Arthur Andersen, and subsequently held ESI Director positions at Encore, Catalyst, and Epiq Systems. Scott’s extensive experience and creativity, coupled with ProSearch’s passion for innovation, have combined to create some of the most effective and useful industry-leading leading technologies and processes. Scott holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
Gina Taranto, Ph.D.
Director of Organizational Development
Dr. Taranto leads the growth and development of ProSearch and ProSearchers by directing training programs and developing career paths to scale our delivery of best-in-industry services. She has been building teams in the eDiscovery industry for over 12 years, blending her experience developing talent and leading client services teams with strategic planning. She received her B.A. from Kresge College at the University of California, Santa Cruz, with honors, and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego.

Brian Meegan has 17 years of executive management experience in the legal services industry. Recognized as a thought leader and experienced executive in the field of eDiscovery, Brian has been instrumental in designing cutting edge solutions for law firms and corporations seeking innovative cost modeling and excellence in evidentiary delivery. Brian recently joined ProSearch after holding business development positions at Kroll Ontrack and Advanced Discovery. Brian’s passion for sales leadership and technology-driven marketing strategies will serve him well as he leads the charge in elevating awareness and developing market share for ProSearch.
